"Fast Track" security (departing LHR after checkin at the counter) is for Premium pax and also available to "elites" who can get the sticker placed on their boarding passes, on request if the agent forgets.

They should not be placing the sticker on boarding passes other than those travelling in a premium cabin. The facility is solely for those travelling in premium cabins regardless of any status with any particular carrier.
