At this time there is no exemption from baggage fees for DL elites flying AS. We are treated as 'regular' flyers although we do have access to the "P" seats on AS.

Upgrades are coming this year. It's entirely possible that reciprocal baggage policies for elites never happens because DL or AS or both don't want it to.

I'd peg the bag fee waiver reciprocity on DL as AS & AA are in 'talks' @ such an agreement.
