Good Evening All,

I was browsing online in regards to dual citizenship (Taiwan and United States) when I came across this forum. I know it is slightly off topic from this thread but I was hoping a few of you very knowledgeable dual citizens could help!

I just had my daughter (10 days ago) and we have applied for her US Passport, which should be arriving in a few weeks. My wife whom is a Taiwan Citizen is planning to bring baby back to Taiwan to stay over 30 days. Is there a way to process her Taiwan passport here in the United States so we can enter using her Taiwan passport so no Visa is required. I've read this entire thread so am pretty comfortable with the process of using 2 passports but just need to figure out how to get her the passport while still here in the states.

Every person I speak with tells me I need something different like translations of birth certificates, etc. so if there is a list someone of what I'll need that will be very helpful. We are also in a bit of a rush so hopefully there is a Taiwanese National Immigration Agency within driving distance.
