CO.com has been changed and certain features are now broken. Apparently award itineraries for certain cities no longer show at all. This problem is distinct from other reported problems.

1) I search for WAS-HKG. I find available dates and corresponding itineraries.

2) I search for WAS-CAN. I find available dates but no corresponding itineraries.

3) Obviously CO serves HKG but not CAN. Yet less than a week ago, CO.com was able to display the corresponding itineraries for both HKG and CAN.

4) The same problem persists regardless of logging in as PLAT or not.

5) Regardless of dates, no CAN itineraries are displayed at all, not in saver nor in standard. Likewise, not in economy nor in first.

It is well documented that CO.com is often confused by partner availability. Yet in this case, CO.com does highlight dates deemed available. In no cases, however, is any CAN itinerary displayed.
