The challenge is getting a visa, unless of course you want to be in the diplomatic service.

Procuring a visa/work permit can be time consuming and costly for your employer so they are unlikey to want to go through that every 12 months unless you have something special to offer that they can't find in that particular country.

I went the other way - my employers moved me from Europe to the US and it is not a trivial process - involved several months of waiting and large attorney bills.

Being a student is one of the easier ways to experience another country...
