AA30 is a 762. These do NOT have international class First Class seats (ie flat beds or suites). While certainly a bit larger than business class, I would concur with other people on the board who have told you to save your miles. Business Class is more than comfortable on this flight (as much as any redeye can be) and I don't think the extra miles are worth it. The only real benefit beyond the seat is a slightly more elaborate meal service (and by slightly more elaborate I am talking some carrot and celery sticks stuck into a wineglass with some ranch dressing at the bottom) and a DVD player. These things are obviously less important on a redeye.
