It takes about 20 minutes, not that complicated - but there are a few issues, mainly with Bluetooth.

Personally as much as I like Sense UI, I prefer to just keep my Nexus One Sense-free - it takes up a lot of memory, and I find my phone faster as delivered, but with a couple of widgets instead of Sense.
