The report is meaningless to me. The only thing that matters to me is the success *I've* had in redeeming my miles for awards.

On that front, I'm happy to report extremely good success. In only a few cases have I not been able to find an award at the saver amount when I've wanted to travel (<3 times over 4-5 years).
