On discount rates like the Internet Only Rate, only if the hotel agrees to it at check-in as an Instant Award.
It is possible to arrange for an upgrade within five days of arrival to a Specialty, Specialty Select Room, or Suite on reservations booked at RACK, COR, SET, or BAR, but this would be subject to the availability of the room type requested.
