Just the same advice I give anyone visiting a city. Go to the nearest 5-star hotel and ask the concierge. The drivers I have hired from both the IC and HI in Sandton have been great. They know the city well which can come in handy during traffic jams. I have been all over the city in various neighborhoods avoiding the jams on the highways.
