This "study", as flawed sa it may be, reaffirms two things I have found anecdotal evidence of myself:

- Award availability on AA has gotten pretty poor relative to years past
- Award availability on CO has gotten amazingly good because of the addition of all the Star Alliance partners. It is no secret that redeeming OnePass miles on Star carriers is amazingly easy. Redeeming them on CO metal, though, is nearly impossible.
