I managed to get a few of the dates I wanted on this offer. It is a good opportunity for points when you stack the promos. I called Gold Passport to make my reservations and they confirmed that this is a pre-payed rate and is non-refundable. I also found it odd that nowhere in the terms and conditions was a minimum length of stay mentioned. There is a 3 night minimum on many of the weekends, meaning you cannot check-in on a Friday or Saturday for $99 without staying a Thursday or Sunday for the $189 rate. My GP agent also thought it was strange that this was not mentioned in the T & C's. I printed them out for my records and if you're doing this offer you might want to as well.
