I was wondering what the biggest single entry error anyone else may have had in their favor?

Some years ago, myself, wife & 4 children were booked on a super cheap BA LHR-LAX flight & our travel agent enroled us into the BA Exec Club. About a week before the outward flight I received a call from the TA saying BA had asked him if we would mind being upgraded.
BA credited all of us with air miles as if we had paid full price J.
Shortly after we returned BA sent an mail shot offering 'travel for half the normal miles' so we claimed for another LHR-LAX trip & BA then credited our accounts with the miles.
It worked out that for £300 each, each of us got 3 return trips to the US (1 in J) & 3 or 4 return trips to Europe.
It was interesting seeing the look on the other Pax faces as they passed us in Club, Mother, Father & 4 kids under 13 across one row, I worked out that had we paid full price, it was nearly £30,000 of seats.
