Not from Malev but I have received from Czech Airlines (Skyteam), where I've dropped to Silver and BMI (Star Alliance). Given my BA GOLD this could yield Golds for the main alliances which would be very welcome. Like the Malev offer I just have to take 1 return on each to gain the card.
