For reference, AA turns up its transcon catering in 2-class F and 3-class J a tiny bit vs. other semi-long domestic routes. But it's not as good as CO - only 2 entree choices, and for lunch they're often both cold choices (e.g., a salad and a wrap). CO provides the same full service for lunch and dinner.
