Not wishing to drag this off-topic too much, but lest I appear harsh to that site, I should point out that many of the offers on there originate from other sites (hotukdeals, paidtoshop, etc.), and regardless of this they have a strict 'no affiliate links' policy, and moreover they generally do not acknowledge the source of the info; therefore even mentioning that site, a multi-million pound concern, seems more than fair.
On-topic, 1500 miles is probably best spent on two LON-AMS (or other Zone 1 - Zone 1 fare) returns in ET, something that wil cost £200-£400 depending on when you book (Zone 1 availaibility is very good).
Otherwise 1500 miles is 18.75% of a return to SIN, worth therefore about £112.50.
So assuming you would get 1% cashback elsewhere on £1500 spend = £15, they are offering between £100-£200+ to take out this card.
