Not entirely. I've selected 5F many, many times in advance. It used to be 5ABCD that were blocked, not the whole row. This is a new adjustment in that policy and another one that sucks for elites.
I'd also love to get some clarification as to whether those seats are ELR or not. It seems that they might be in some cases even though they don't really seem to qualify based on the original spec's laid out for those seats.
