I would contact Customer Support now and escalate. The hotel is responsible to pay for it and they know that. As
BrightlyBob mentions there is really only one reason they would say its coming from somewhere else (and it will take a long time to get to you.)
They are definitely play games with you and hoping that the longer you wait the more likely you will give up or forget about it. So don't wait, escalate it today.
