So I figured I would call UK BAEC, just in case so as not to miss the offer (which was still showing) - on hold for 10 mins then by the time i talk to an agent the offer no longer shows up. She said that they could put through the upg manually most likely.

Hope it comes back later; or I get a pm back from BAEC on FT. Disappointing
