The LloydsTSB AmEx Airmiles card return is normally 1 Airmile per £10 spend, with a normal opening bonus of a 1,500 Airmile voucher provided that at least one night's accommodation is booked.
For new accounts before 30 June 2010 via LloydsTSB's website, the bonus is 1 Airmile per £1 up to 1,500 Airmiles in the first three months. For £1,500 spend, the award is identical, of course, except that you don't need to book the (unwanted?) accommodation.

This was a clickthrough from
www.moneysavingexpert.com but the URL is amended to allay meester 69's concerns.
Usual caveat: after the 1/£1 is over, awards revert to 1/£10 of monthly spend in blocks of £10. £9.99 spend = 0 Airmiles, £10 spend = 1 Airmile, £19.99 = 1 Airmile, £20 = 2 Airmiles etc.
I posted the relaunched Gold AmEx details in the Amex & BA thread, where it could have gone largely unnoticed had Raffles not spotted it and given it greater prominence. Hence this new thread, which mods please move if appropriate.
