You'll be fine to dine. Once in the lounge, you can eat or drink anything you can find / order. The Spa is the only thing that you need a QF F flight for in order to get the 24 hr prior reservation. In your case, just ask for a vacancy in the spa and they will fit you in if they have space.
They will check your BP when ordering - I think to see how urgent the meal order is to be.
