I've used Bestflights several times. Haven't had a problem with them (yet...?). Only done simple itinerary's, PER-BKK, PER-BUD and PER-TXL, can't really stuff that up. (you'd hope so)

My first and only attempt at using them didn't go all that well - they didn't even know the fare despite it clearly displayed on the website (the LX mini RTW). They told me to go to ring the LX office in SYD, who were quite shocked that bestfrights wasn't familiar with that particular product as it is a v popular fare. A search subsequently revealed a fair few horror stories both on here and AFF.

The Biz Companion fare I looked at includes free overnight accomodation and meals if an involuntary next day connection is necessiated.
