Yup... SQ rebooked me on the closest available flight which happened to be an A380. That part was great, since I couldn't have gotten award seats in C on that plane otherwise, but I couldn't make it work, since I couldn't connect to my ongoing flight.
Pretty impressed with SQ. They didn't even do this much when they cancelled one of my folks flights. Weird that they would do such a thing half heartedly, couldn't they see the entire resv?
