Not that Valencia or Malaga are obvious high-demand destinations, but there is already non-stop service NYC-xxx:

OSL *A CO 757 10x weekly (mid-June, anyway)

WAW *A Lot 767 14x weekly (probably too far for a DL 757)

HEL OW Finnair A330 7x weekly (probably too far for 757)

Do you have any O&D data to suggest these routes are significantly underserved?

My vote is for Lisbon, not efficiently routed from JFK via CDG or AMS, but that, too, has ample existing service: 7x A330 on TP + CO 7x 757.
