This does not look to be a possibility in Paris. The only upgrade award they sell at this hotel is SPG4S and that gets you an executive room, but no club access that I could find.

In London, you might be able to get an SPG5SS award for an additional 2,750 Starpoints per night above the regular SPG5 award. That would get you into a club level room or a junior suite, subject to availability, that has free access to the club.

If club lounge is not possible, can I get breakfast with SPG points? How do I do that?...
You would ask to redeem Starpoints in US$20 increments for 1,500 Starpoints as an Instant Award at check-in.
