And Delta's response. I did give the funeral director's info to the company that got me a cheaper fare--Dignity Memorial via Carlson Wagon Lit--and would have been happy to give it to Delta.

In my case the fare between TPA and LGA was 5 times what I normally pay and I do this trip often.
