Because earning of awards and CPs is based on activity dates, you'll get your CP regardless of when the credits post. Being able to use an award or CP on a particular date is a different issue.
While I have no experience with that specific promo, I'd say your credits are overdue. You need to call customer service. Don't take "just wait" for an answer. Also, have you called Teleflora to make sure they have all the correct info?
