I am not sure what the problem is. They have opened up multiple help desk tickets on it and claimed the issue was fixed, yet i get no upgrades. Last week I asked at check in if one was available and I got it. I was sitting next to a silver who got an upgrade through the system.

It is annoying but not much i can do about it since US Air claims nothing is wrong.
