Even this doesn't quite bypass the non premium, non elites. The arrangement is that the lounge is on the first floor and has a door to the air bridge. But other passengers use the same airbridge (accessed by stairs from ground level) and use the same door. Plane doors are always likely to be shared territory to some extent.
