NW used to have a gate at BOS in the E concourse where you could board from the WorldClub. The WorldClub was one level below the gate they used at BOS.
Now that DL scooped up NW, don't know who uses that gate in the E concourse or if the lounge below is being used.
if it is still there, please don't tell the tsa/let the tsa find out as next thing you know, the smurfs will be in the lounge doing their gate gropes
