I was reading a trip report last week and in it the OP boarded the flight directly from the lounge. It was a nice way to bypass the Kettles.

In which airports and airlines can you board the plane directly from the lounge or completely bypass the Kettles another way?

The LH FCT qualifies as a bypass.
