The problem is NZ's computer is not communicating with CO. Per CO, it has to be done manually. I'm not sure contacting NZ will help and even if I did call them, what are they going to send me as confirmation that I was on the flight? I already have my boarding pass and ticket receipt. I'm afraid it might just confuse the situation even more.
