Apparently TSA, who seems to think that thirsty terrorists are powerless to take over planes.

I will second what Spiff says on this subject. TSA has no good reason to place these nonsense restrictions on the amount of liquid that one can carry through the checkpoint for personal consumption. Yet one more thing that the agency can be ashamed of. (It's not like there isn't already a plethora of them out there.)
