I had four e-tickets requested by email. One came within 30 minutes of the call. Then (like you) I became concerned and worried. So, I called AA the next day. Then only one e-ticket came on the second day.
Two down with two to go. Finally, I called AA again on the third day. Told them I was still missing two e-tickets. Finally, the last two came in on the third day.
Needless to say, I am not happy with the way they do e-tickets. To top it all off, I received an e-ticket by regular mail. What confusion!!!!
For reassurances, AA CS says it should take anywhere between 24-48 hours.
