I bought an e-ticket at aa.com 6 hours ago. I'm concerned because I still haven't received the ticket, or confirmation of the ticket by email. I had the reservation on hold, and received confirmation of the held reservation immediately. I had to call CS to complete the ticketing, so I know that the ticketing was completed, but I'm concerned that possibly the record was sent to the wrong email address. I'd call CS, but was on hold this morning for an hour and would rather not call if it's not necessaty. So how long does it normally take to get the ticket?
