UPDATE

I called the One Pass department (only had to wait on hold for a few minutes) and the agent researched my situation and said that Air NZ's computer rejected the request for miles stating that they could not verify that I was on the flight. The CO rep also said that CO would have to request that Air NZ put the miles in manually and this could take up to 4 months. She said CO was having many issues with members getting thier miles on *A partners since CO joined *A and they hope to have it all cleared up in the near future. She asked for my patients and confirmed that I sent them all the necessary docs and hopefully it won't take the full 4 months, but please allow that much time for processing. What more can I do but to wait it out and hope for the best?
