I will be moving to the US from Europe and thus will no longer be flying LH/LX. I am now a US *G and will bank my miles there.

What is the best use of my 22,xxx Miles & More Points and 1 evoucher. Are the Points transferable? I believe the eVoucher is not - are there any exceptions to that? Can I convert the eVoucher to Points? LH/LX Award Tickets are not a good value for me because of all the taxes and fees charged compared to US carriers.

I have called and tried to use the eVoucher on a recent GVA - DME and was told that my fare class was too low. I also tried for an upcoming GVA - ZRH - IST and was also told the fare class was too low. Can I use it on an award ticket? It doesn't seem very easy or rewarding to use 1 eVoucher.

Do you think I might have any luck setting up a trade in the Coupon Connection? Any sage Flyertalk Cleverness is appreciated.
