Its to do I believe with POS availibility - with your membership country based in the UK you are drawing the payed portion from UK avail, however when you are looking from the Dutch registered account you now pull from the Dutch avail which for your example seems to be a lot better - so you are being quoted much lower fare categories to what is being offered to UK sales
