Thank you guys........I am carrying on so that may be a help....I am on two tickets....when I jumped on the "cheap" flight at first thought I would stop over a night or so in LAX..that did not work out so ended up with a Fll-LAX-Fll ticket and my LAX-SYD-LAX flight.

I really appreciate the info.......Flyertalk has been wonderful to me over the years!
