I haven't had a big problem with miles comping onto my account for flights. I have found the onepass people actually quite helpful. I am waiting for the last of my onepass mall miles to post. got apple and a few others but overstock.com is being a pain. while 4 months is a pain to wait try every few weeks to have them inquire again to hear if they got word back from NZ.
