I've experienced some credit-posting errors when flying United and wanting my CO account to earn the miles. Just email [email protected] with a copy of your boarding pass, receipt, and include your Onepass #.

Even though I have my number on the reservation before each flight, it seems that I have to check it again when I get to the airport to make sure it actually took.
