We flew on April 30, using our Onepass numbers, and the miles have not posted yet. Is it time for us to complain and send Continental our boarding passes?
Generally only a couple days, but it isn't foolproof. If you call or email or otherwise appeal they'll still probably tell you to wait.

Who should you go to when partner miles dont post? CO or the carrier you flew? I would think the carrier flown would be more efficient. I flew UA and US last week. All but my first UA flight posted so I think one may have been missed. UA re-routed me on this flight which may be the reason.
