There are no 3 class flights to hawaii at all. I just verified by phone.

I recommend either
1) hop to STL, then STL- HNL (nicest of the long flights of hawaii)

2) Nice cross country flight from boston to LAX, then LAX -HNL. I think the boston to LAX one is 3 class?

I'd try #1 myself
