TSA theoretically checks them at security anyway. If it is a matter of bouncing off the no fly list, the use of my locator number simply bypasses any name check. I am really missing why they are doing this. Of course it could just be a bug like on the web site which is perpetually broken.

I work for a software company and if we had as many bugs as USAir, people would be fired no questions asked.

Interesting that you don't have your FF# memorized. I'm only a little old Gold Preferred on US and even I know my FF#
