Huh? You sure about this? I would have thought it would be the other way around.

When you buy a luggage allowance at the time of purchasing the ticket you can buy an allowance for either 15kg, 20kg, 25kg or 30kg. As it is silent on number of pieces, if anything I would say that "Buying extra baggage allowance at the time of ticketing increases the weight allowance but NOT the number of bags you can check." It clearly increases the weight allowance.
