Would like to restate that the multi-city reservation feature doesn't work. I get this message which makes no sense at all:

"When using Multiple Destination Trip option, Airport or City codes can only be entered once as an 'Origin' and 'Destination'. Please verify your entries and re-submit."

Otherwise, the redesign is a big improvement.
