Another bug:

Used new.aa.com. Wanted to fly LAX-MSY-LAX. Booked fare. Waited for 'discount code' box to pop up so I could type in CBAA. No box. Kept proceeding through purchase. No box. Entered CC info and hit "Purchase". No box. Website crashed while completing purchase. Infuriated. Monitor broken. Computer out window.

Calmed down. Nice lAAdy on phone refunded 5% discount back to my CC. Confirmed that flight was booked. Email itinerary in box. Computer repaired. AAaaaaaaah.


Moral of story?
Don't expect to use CBAA on new.aa.com.
