More seatmap problems. On the new site my seats for an upcoming flight are shown as vacant (available). Fortunately the old site still has me in them. Does anyone know if they're accepting bookings on the new site yet? This could be a potential problem.</font>
I have an open jaw rez booked at the old site, where I have seat assmts for RDU/DFW/ANC and YVR/DFW/RDU. On new.aa.com the outbound shows properly, but the return form YVR/DFW says "none assigned", and the ones for DFW/RDU show the ones that are really for YVR/DFW. I choose "select seats" and get the infamous blank screen, so that's it. The old site still has them correct (though it has double the number of pax and price showing, since the upgrade was keyed in at the ticket counter by an agent (actually a bevy of agents all had a hand) who really didn't get the process.
Each time I call to confirm, they say I'm all good, even though the itin won't show completely correctly on either new or old site.
