Bugs...bugs...bugs. The foramt and new features look really great, however, the booking seems to have blown up on me.
1) Logged in and made 2 reservations for April, SJC-SAT and SJC-LHR. All worked OK execpt for the expected AA bandwith problem of waiting 1-2 minutes for some pages to display. Both res were held. Seat selection OK on 1 flight, but when hitting select for the second, got blank pages (tried 3 times with the same result). Received 2 itn emails (nice feature) so atempted to finish up today.
2) Logged in to purchace/change res today. Clicking on the reservation tab brings up blank pages (lots of times). Log out and back in and current res displayed. Opened up SJC-SAT, checked seats and tried to pay. 2 CC's showed up, 1 my regular and one with the same last digits but wrong exp date. Where did that entry come from? Clicked on corect card, asked for paper tickets to be mailed and clicked complete...boom! error, funtion not available at this time, try again later Do'h
3) OK, perhaps the secure server is Tango Uniform, let's go back and cancel the SJC-LHR because I need to change routing to use BA from LHR-VIE. Click on cancel...click on "really cancel?" boom...Big blank page with "Method not allowed" text. How is it possible to dissalow a "method" which is clicking a link? BTW, lookinh a the page address, it seems that this is the default "cancel reservation" page i.e. cancel is not allowed, not written yet
4) Since nothing worked in new.aa, let's assume it is a non-working demo/simulation that can't really book flights. Back to old AA.com.... Log in, check existing reservations...arrrgh! no existing reservations! Does this mean I have no reservations or is there no connection between old and new AA?
