I only now saw your comment and have now prepared a concise letter.
I also remembered that one of the operators told me to book the first and last leg of my journey the one time in those 6 phone calls that the middle leg apparently wasn't available. This would have eventually cost me over 14k miles more than I could have paid for one through flight and 8250 miles more than I eventually paid when I had to book the FRA-DUB leg separately..
Do I send a complaint letter:
1. to CS by mail
2. Fax it
3. email it???
